1. About This Promo

1.1 The Rexobe Birthday Discount Sales is a limited-time promotional offer by Rexobe Consult, available exclusively from 26th June to 3rd July.

1.2 This promo applies strictly to the Standard Plan of our Business Name Partnership Registration service only. No other plan, upgrade, or add-on is covered under this promo.

1.3 Clients requiring a Premium Plan or CEO Plan will be charged the full normal price applicable to those plans. This promo offers no discount on Premium or CEO Plans whatsoever.

1.4 Business Name Partnership Registration is a business name registration involving two or more proprietors operating under a shared business name. It is distinct from a sole proprietorship (single proprietor) Business Name Registration and carries its own pricing structure based on the number of proprietors involved.

1.5 Under Nigerian CAC regulations, a Business Name Partnership can have a minimum of two (2) and a maximum of twenty (20) proprietors/partners. Any application exceeding twenty (20) proprietors will not be processed under this service category.

2. Promo Pricing & Discount Tiers

2.1 The base price for Business Name Partnership Registration covers two (2) proprietors. Each additional proprietor beyond the first two attracts an extra charge of ₦5,375 per proprietor. The total price is therefore determined by the number of proprietors involved.

2.2 The base pricing structure is as follows: Base Price — 2 Proprietors: ₦48,375. (For each additional proprietor beyond 2, add ₦5,375 to the applicable promo price.)

2.3 The exact total price payable will be displayed on the Rexobe Consult official website based on the number of proprietors selected at the point of payment.

2.4 The discount applicable to your registration is determined by the date your payment is made and confirmed, not the date of inquiry or document submission.

2.5 Once payment is made, your discount tier is locked in and cannot be changed or upgraded retroactively.

2.6 This promo closes permanently on 3rd July. No extensions will be granted under any circumstances after this date.

2.7 Clients must ensure they select the correct number of proprietors at the point of payment. Under declaring the number of proprietors will result in a pricing shortfall that must be corrected and paid in full before the service can commence. Any additional charges arising from under declaration are entirely at the client’s expense.

3. What is Included in This Promo (Standard Plan)

3.1 Under this promo, the Business Name Partnership Registration Standard Plan includes the following deliverables (soft copies only):

• CAC Certificate
• Status Report

3.2 Hard copies of documents are not included in this promo. However, a client who requires a hard copy may request one, provided they are willing to bear the full cost of hard copy processing and any associated charges entirely at their own expense, outside of and in addition to the promo price.

3.3 The complete cost of delivery of any hard copy requested under clause 3.2 including but not limited to printing, courier, logistics, and any other associated charges shall be borne entirely by the client. This cost is completely separate from and in addition to the promo price paid. Rexobe Consult bears no part of this cost whatsoever.

3.4 No other deliverables beyond the CAC Certificate and Status Report stated above are included in this service package under this promo or otherwise. Staff Onboarding Documents and any other inclusions are not part of this package.

4. Payment

4.1 Payment for this promo is exclusively processed through the Rexobe Consult official website (www.rexobeconsult.com). No other payment channel, method, or platform is accepted for this promo.

4.2 Clients cannot make direct bank transfers to Rexobe Consult bank accounts for this promo. Any payment made outside of the official website will not be recognised, processed, or refunded.

4.3 The only amount accepted on the website is the exact promo price applicable to your payment date and number of proprietors as stated in the pricing table in Section 2. No other amount will be processed or accepted.

4.4 Attempting to pay an amount different from the stated promo price whether higher or lower will result in the transaction being invalid and your promo slot will not be secured.

4.5 Your promo slot is only secured upon successful payment confirmation through the website.

4.6 Rexobe Consult will not be held responsible for failed transactions, incorrect amounts entered, incorrect number of proprietors selected, or payments made outside the official website by the client.

4.7 Clients are advised to ensure they are on the correct and official Rexobe Consult website (www.rexobeconsult.com) before making payment to avoid fraud. Rexobe Consult will not be liable for payments made on fraudulent or impersonating platforms.

5. Document Submission

5.1 After payment, clients are required to submit all necessary documents for Business Name Partnership Registration on or before 10th July to still access our stipulated timeframe for registration.

5.2 The following details are required for every proprietor/partner involved in the registration:

• Proposed Business Name(s) — ensure all names are accurately and correctly spelled as Rexobe Consult will register exactly what is provided
• Surname, First Name and Other Name
• A clear picture of National ID Card / NIN Slip
• Date of Birth
• Phone Number and Email Address
• Residential Address (House Number, Street Name, Area, LGA & State)
• Occupation
• Signature and Passport Photograph
• Nature of Business Description
• Full Name (Surname, First Name and Middle Name)
• Office Address
• Office Phone Number
• Office Email Address

5.3 Documents must be provided for every single proprietor/partner listed in the registration. Incomplete submissions for any proprietor will be treated as an incomplete submission and will not trigger the service timeframe.

5.4 It is the client’s sole responsibility to ensure that all names, spellings, and information provided for every proprietor are accurate and correct. Rexobe Consult will proceed with registration based strictly on the information submitted and will work with the names and dates of birth as written on each proprietor’s valid ID card. Any errors arising from incorrect information provided by the client will attract additional correction charges at the client’s expense.

5.5 The service timeframe countdown does not begin until all required documents for all proprietors have been received in full and confirmed as complete by Rexobe Consult on or before 10th July.

5.6 If documents are submitted after 10th July, the promo timeframe guarantee no longer applies and Rexobe Consult cannot be held responsible for delivery timelines.

5.7 If a client paid for a specific number of proprietors but subsequently wishes to add more proprietors after payment has been made, the additional proprietor charge of ₦5,375 per extra proprietor will apply at the normal prevailing rate and is no longer subject to the promo discount.

5.8 The maximum number of proprietors allowed under a Business Name Partnership is twenty (20) as stipulated by CAC regulations. Applications exceeding this number will not be processed under this service category.

6. Service Timeframe

6.1 Business Name Partnership Registration under this promo will be completed within one (1) month, provided all complete and accurate documents for all proprietors are received and confirmed by Rexobe Consult on or before 10th July, all things being equal. Where documents are submitted after this date, the one-month timeframe guarantee is automatically void and Rexobe Consult bears no responsibility for delivery timelines thereafter.

6.2 This timeframe is subject to the processing schedules of the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) and other relevant government authorities. Rexobe Consult shall not be held liable for delays caused by CAC portal downtime, system changes, regulatory updates, or any circumstances beyond our control.

6.3 The one-month timeframe only begins when complete documents for all proprietors are submitted. Incomplete submissions will not trigger the timeframe. However, this does not extend your document submission deadline — all documents must be fully submitted and confirmed complete on or before 10th July. Failure to meet this deadline automatically voids the promo timeframe guarantee entirely, regardless of how much of the one month may have appeared to be pending.

7. Client Review & Approval Responsibility

7.1 Before any documents or forms are submitted to CAC on the client’s behalf, Rexobe Consult will send the completed registration details to the client for review and approval.

7.2 The client is expected to carefully review all details for accuracy — including business name, all proprietors’ names, addresses, occupations, signatures, and all other details — before granting approval.

7.3 Once the client approves the documents, the client assumes full responsibility for the accuracy of the content therein. Any errors, queries, fines, or additional charges arising from incorrect information that was approved by the client will be borne entirely by the client.

7.4 Approval of documents by the client signifies that the client is satisfied with the content and authorises Rexobe Consult to proceed with submission. No corrections will be made at Rexobe Consult’s expense after client approval.

7.5 If the client identifies an error before approval, it must be communicated immediately so corrections can be made before submission. That is the only window for free corrections.

8. Name Reservation

8.1 Clients are entitled to reserve up to two (2) business names under this promo package.

8.2 If both name options are rejected by CAC, the client will be required to provide additional names. Any additional name reservation beyond the two included will attract extra charges.

8.3 Rexobe Consult will proceed with registration using exactly the name(s) provided by the client. Ensure all proposed names are correctly spelled and formatted before submission.

9. Forfeiture & Reactivation Policy

9.1 If a client makes payment but fails to submit documents and fails to communicate with Rexobe Consult between 31st July and the end of September, Rexobe Consult will assume that the client has forfeited their Business Name Partnership Registration.

9.2 No reminders are guaranteed beyond reasonable follow-up. It is the client’s responsibility to stay engaged and responsive.

9.3 Reactivation within the July 31st – September window: A client who wishes to reactivate their registration after going silent must:

• Pay the shortfall between the promo price already paid and the current normal service price at the time of reactivation (₦48,375 base price or as updated, plus applicable per-proprietor charges)
• Access to the promo expires after 31st July

9.4 After September, the promo deal is completely and permanently void. No reactivation under promo terms will be entertained after this period.

9.5 If a client has not submitted documents by 31st July and the normal service price has changed, the client will be required to pay the difference between the promo amount already paid and the updated normal price, regardless of reactivation status.

10. Promotional Refund & Submission Policy

10.1 Due to the heavily discounted nature of this promotional flash sale (running from 26th June to 3rd July), all payments are final and non-refundable, except as expressly required under the Federal Competition and Consumer Protection Act (FCCPA) for total failure of service delivery solely caused by Rexobe Consult.

10.2 The standard Rexobe Consult refund policy does not apply to transactions completed under this promotion.

10.3 By making a payment under this promotion, the client acknowledges and agrees that refunds will not be issued under any of the following scenarios:

• Change of Mind: Client’s voluntary withdrawal, change of business direction, or decision not to proceed with registration.
• Document Delays: Client’s failure to submit all required documents for all proprietors on or before the strict deadline of 10th July.
• Underdeclared Proprietors: Where the client declared fewer proprietors than are actually involved in the partnership and additional charges arise as a result.
• Timeline Dissatisfaction: Client’s dissatisfaction with processing speeds, provided Rexobe Consult has initiated and is actively processing the application.
• Client Errors: Rejections or errors arising from incorrect, false, or incomplete information provided by the client or any of the proprietors.
• Regulatory Bottlenecks: Delays, sudden policy updates, or portal downtimes caused by the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC).

10.4 Name Rejections: The client acknowledges that business name approval is subject to CAC availability guidelines. In the event that the client’s preferred business names are rejected by the CAC, this does not entitle the client to a refund. The Company will allow the client to submit alternative names for processing at no extra service charge.

10.5 Default and Forfeiture: Any promotional slot where the client fails to provide complete documentation by 10th July shall be deemed abandoned. Payments made for abandoned slots are strictly non-refundable and cannot be carried forward to future non-promotional services.

11. Limitations & Exclusions

11.1 This promo is available on a first-come, first-served basis and Rexobe Consult reserves the right to close the promo earlier than scheduled if capacity is reached.

11.2 This promo cannot be combined with any other offer, discount, or arrangement unless explicitly agreed upon in writing by Rexobe Consult.

11.3 Rexobe Consult is not responsible for any losses, missed opportunities, or business consequences arising from delays caused by government agencies, incomplete client documents, or client inaction.

11.4 These terms are specific to the promo period only and do not replace or alter the standard terms and conditions governing Rexobe Consult’s regular Business Name Partnership Registration services.

12. General Provisions

12.1 Rexobe Consult reserves the right to amend these terms at any time during the promo period. Clients will be notified of any material changes.

12.2 These Terms and Conditions shall be governed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

12.3 Any dispute arising from this promo shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably between both parties before any further action is taken.
