Terms & Conditions
Rexobe Birthday Promo Sales • Export License Registration
Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully and in full before making any payment. By ticking the declaration at the end of this document and proceeding with payment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agreed to every clause stated herein. Ignorance of any clause will not be accepted as grounds for dispute.
1. About This Promo
1.1 The Rexobe Birthday Discount Sales is a limited-time promotional offer by Rexobe Consult, available exclusively from 26th June to 3rd July.
1.2 This promo applies strictly to our Export License service only. No other plan, upgrade, or add-on is covered under this promo.
1.3 Clients requiring a Premium Plan or CEO Plan will be charged the full normal price applicable to those plans. This promo offers no discount on Premium or CEO Plans whatsoever.
1.4 An Export License is issued by the Nigerian Export Promotion Council (NEPC) and is a mandatory requirement for all businesses intending to export goods and services from Nigeria. By engaging this service, the client acknowledges their obligation to comply with all applicable Nigerian export laws and regulations.
1.5 This service is available strictly to Limited Liability Companies (LLC) and Incorporated Trustees only. Business Name registrations are not eligible for an Export License under Nigerian export regulations. Business owners operating under a Business Name who wish to apply for an Export License must first upgrade their Business Name to a Limited Liability Company, OR register a new Limited Liability Company. Rexobe Consult offers both of these services. Clients are advised to complete the necessary registration or upgrade before engaging this Export License service. Payments made by ineligible entities will not be processed or refunded.
Please note that if you are upgrading from a Business Name to a Limited Liability Company, all outstanding Annual Returns for your existing Business Name must be fully filed and up to date before the upgrade can be processed. Failure to have Annual Returns in good standing may delay or disqualify the upgrade, which will in turn affect your Export License application. Any costs associated with filing outstanding Annual Returns are not covered under this promo and will be borne entirely by the client.
2. Promo Pricing & Discount Tiers
The normal price for Export License registration is ₦43,000. The following discounts apply strictly within the dates stated:
| Date | Discount | Promo Price |
|---|---|---|
| 26th June only | 30% off | ₦30,100 |
| 27th – 29th June | 20% off | ₦34,400 |
| 30th June – 3rd July | 10% off | ₦38,700 |
2.1 The discount applicable to your registration is determined by the date your payment is made and confirmed, not the date of inquiry or document submission.
2.2 Once payment is made, your discount tier is locked in and cannot be changed or upgraded retroactively.
2.3 This promo closes permanently on 3rd July. No extensions will be granted under any circumstances after this date.
3. What is Included in This Promo
3.1 Under this promo, the Export License Standard Plan includes the following deliverable (soft copy only):
- Export License Certificate
3.2 Hard copies of documents are not included in this promo. However, a client who requires a hard copy may request one, provided they are willing to bear the full cost of hard copy processing and any associated charges entirely at their own expense, outside of and in addition to the promo price.
3.3 The complete cost of delivery of any hard copy requested under clause 3.2 including but not limited to printing, courier, logistics, and any other associated charges shall be borne entirely by the client. This cost is completely separate from and in addition to the promo price paid. Rexobe Consult bears no part of this cost whatsoever.
3.4 No other deliverables beyond the Export License Certificate stated above are included in this service package under this promo or otherwise.
4. Payment
4.1 Payment for this promo is exclusively processed through the Rexobe Consult official website (www.rexobeconsult.com). No other payment channel, method, or platform is accepted for this promo.
4.2 Clients cannot make direct bank transfers to Rexobe Consult bank accounts for this promo. Any payment made outside of the official website will not be recognised, processed, or refunded.
4.3 The only amount accepted on the website is the exact promo price applicable to your payment date as stated in the discount tier table in Section 2. No other amount will be processed or accepted.
4.4 Attempting to pay an amount different from the stated promo price whether higher or lower will result in the transaction being invalid and your promo slot will not be secured.
4.5 Your promo slot is only secured upon successful payment confirmation through the website.
4.6 Rexobe Consult will not be held responsible for failed transactions, incorrect amounts entered, or payments made outside the official website by the client.
4.7 Clients are advised to ensure they are on the correct and official Rexobe Consult website (www.rexobeconsult.com) before making payment to avoid fraud. Rexobe Consult will not be liable for payments made on fraudulent or impersonating platforms.
5. Document Submission
5.1 After payment, clients are required to submit all necessary documents for Export License registration on or before 10th July to still access our stipulated timeframe for processing.
5.2 The following documents and information are required:
Corporate Documents:
- Valid CAC Certificate (mandatory)
- Status Report (mandatory)
- MEMART (mandatory)
Export & Business Details:
- Products to be Exported (clearly described)
- Export Sector / Type of Product to be Exported
- Number of Employees
- Export Category Manufacturing, Merchant, or Both
- Factory Address (if different from the company’s registered address)
- If in Manufacturing: Percentage of Local Raw Materials and Imported Raw Materials used in production must be clearly stated
Director Details (required for each director):
- Director’s Full Name (Surname, First Name, Middle Name)
- Director’s Phone Number
- Director’s Email Address
- Director’s Residential Address
- NIN Slip of Director(s) (clear photograph)
5.3 It is the client’s sole responsibility to ensure that all information and documents submitted are accurate, valid, current, and complete. Rexobe Consult will proceed with registration based strictly on the documents and information provided. Any errors, rejections, or complications arising from incorrect, expired, or invalid documents provided by the client will attract additional correction charges at the client’s expense.
5.4 Clients must confirm that their business is registered as a Limited Liability Company or Incorporated Trustee before submitting documents. Submission of documents by a Business Name registrant will be treated as an ineligible application and will not be processed. No refund will be issued in such a case as it is the client’s responsibility to confirm eligibility before making payment.
5.5 Clients in the Manufacturing category must accurately state the percentage of local and imported raw materials used. Providing inaccurate percentages will be treated as a misleading submission and may result in rejection of the application entirely at the client’s expense.
5.6 The service timeframe countdown does not begin until all required documents and information have been received in full and confirmed as complete by Rexobe Consult on or before 10th July.
5.7 If documents are submitted after 10th July, the promo timeframe guarantee no longer applies and Rexobe Consult cannot be held responsible for delivery timelines.
6. Service Timeframe
6.1 Export License registration under this promo will be completed within three (3) to five (5) working days, provided all complete and accurate documents are received and confirmed by Rexobe Consult on or before 10th July, all things being equal. Where documents are submitted after this date, the timeframe guarantee is automatically void and Rexobe Consult bears no responsibility for delivery timelines thereafter.
6.2 This timeframe is subject to the processing schedules of the Nigerian Export Promotion Council (NEPC), the Nigerian Customs Service (NCS), and other relevant government authorities. Rexobe Consult shall not be held liable for delays caused by NEPC portal downtime, system changes, regulatory updates, or any circumstances beyond our control.
6.3 The 3–5 working day timeframe only begins when complete documents are submitted. Incomplete submissions will not trigger the timeframe. However, this does not extend your document submission deadline; all documents must be fully submitted and confirmed complete on or before 10th July. Failure to meet this deadline automatically voids the promo timeframe guarantee entirely, regardless of how much of the processing window may have appeared to be pending.
6.4 Working days refer to Monday through Friday, excluding Nigerian public holidays. Submissions made on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next available working day.
7. Client Review & Approval Responsibility
7.1 Before any application is submitted to NEPC on the client’s behalf, Rexobe Consult will send the completed application details to the client for review and approval.
7.2 The client is expected to carefully review all details for accuracy including company name, director details, export products, export category, raw material percentages, factory address, and all other information before granting approval.
7.3 Once the client approves the details, the client assumes full responsibility for the accuracy of the content therein. Any errors, queries, fines, or additional charges arising from incorrect information that was approved by the client will be borne entirely by the client.
7.4 Approval of details by the client signifies that the client is satisfied with the content and authorises Rexobe Consult to proceed with submission. No corrections will be made at Rexobe Consult’s expense after client approval.
7.5 If the client identifies an error before approval, it must be communicated immediately so corrections can be made before submission. That is the only window for free corrections.
8. Compliance Disclaimer
8.1 Rexobe Consult acts solely as a registration and facilitation agent for Export License applications. We do not provide legal advice on export regulations, trade compliance, or international trade law.
8.2 It is the client’s sole responsibility to ensure that their export activities comply with all applicable Nigerian laws including but not limited to the Nigerian Export Promotion Council Act, Customs and Excise Management Act, and relevant international trade agreements and regulations.
8.3 Any fines, sanctions, seizures, or penalties imposed on the client by NEPC, Nigerian Customs Service, or any other regulatory authority as a result of non-compliance with export laws or regulations shall be the sole responsibility of the client. Rexobe Consult shall not be held liable under any circumstances.
8.4 It is the client’s sole responsibility to ensure timely renewal of the Export License upon expiry. Rexobe Consult shall not be held liable for any penalties, sanctions, or consequences arising from the client’s failure to renew the license when due.
8.5 Any regulatory changes introduced by NEPC, the Nigerian Customs Service, or any government authority after the commencement of the registration process that affect the client’s application are outside the control of Rexobe Consult and shall not constitute grounds for a refund or dispute.
9. Forfeiture & Reactivation Policy
9.1 If a client makes payment but fails to submit documents and fails to communicate with Rexobe Consult between 31st July and the end of September, Rexobe Consult will assume that the client has forfeited their Export License registration.
9.2 No reminders are guaranteed beyond reasonable follow-up. It is the client’s responsibility to stay engaged and responsive.
9.3 Reactivation within the July 31st – September window: A client who wishes to reactivate their registration after going silent must pay the shortfall between the promo price already paid and the current normal service price at the time of reactivation (₦43,000 or as updated). Access to the promo expires after 31st July.
9.4 After September, the promo deal is completely and permanently void. No reactivation under promo terms will be entertained after this period.
9.5 If a client has not submitted documents by 31st July and the normal service price has changed, the client will be required to pay the difference between the promo amount already paid and the updated normal price, regardless of reactivation status.
10. Promotional Refund & Submission Policy
10.1 Due to the heavily discounted nature of this promotional flash sale (running from 26th June to 3rd July), all payments are final and non-refundable, except as expressly required under the Federal Competition and Consumer Protection Act (FCCPA) for total failure of service delivery solely caused by Rexobe Consult.
10.2 The standard Rexobe Consult refund policy does not apply to transactions completed under this promotion.
10.3 By making a payment under this promotion, the client acknowledges and agrees that refunds will not be issued under any of the following scenarios:
- Change of Mind: Client’s voluntary withdrawal or decision not to proceed with Export License registration.
- Document Delays: Client’s failure to submit all required documents and information on or before the strict deadline of 10th July.
- Restricted or Prohibited Goods: Rejection of the application arising from the client’s intended export of restricted, prohibited, or specially regulated goods.
- Inaccurate Raw Material Data: Rejection or complication arising from incorrect or misleading raw material percentage information provided by Manufacturing category clients.
- Timeline Dissatisfaction: Client’s dissatisfaction with processing speeds within the 3–5 working day window, provided Rexobe Consult has initiated and is actively processing the application.
- Client Errors: Rejections or complications arising from incorrect, false, expired, or incomplete documents and information provided by the client.
- Regulatory Bottlenecks: Delays, sudden policy updates, or portal downtimes caused by NEPC, Nigerian Customs Service, or any other government authority.
10.4 Default and Forfeiture: Any promotional slot where the client fails to provide complete documentation by 10th July shall be deemed abandoned. Payments made for abandoned slots are strictly non-refundable and cannot be carried forward to future non-promotional services.
